The database may be searched based on temperature, pH, water activity, condition, source (publication), organism, and environment. Files are returned giving organism, maximum rate, doubling time or D-value, source, conditions, environment, temperature, pH, water activity, a table and chart for log concentration vs. time, and any further details.
